Location: Bobigny-Drancy
Built area: 16000 m²
Total built floor area: 24000m²

“a stop for couple of minutes, between two trains, I stay for a coffee and I surf on the net…”
“… I go there when I have nothing to do, to watch some videos, to listen to some music,…”
“… It’s an ideal place to hold intercompany reunions, eat a little something together before going back to work…”, “… with the Swedish fitness courses and the concerts, the neighbors are always around the corner”

Born by the observation of the contemporary activities of the metropoles, the Third space correspond to the “third time” of the day not defined yet, more or less long, between two destinations. Directly attached to a Grand Paris train station, it becomes a base for the new ways of living a city.
